Each industry-specific EIA Score™ is peer-reviewed by a diverse community of DEI, research, HR and legal experts from across the country. The PRC reviews our scoring methodology, provides feedback on our framework and metrics, and ensures the EIA Score™ reflects our shared vision of a comprehensive DEI standard that can be used to understand and improve equity in our companies and communities.
Peer Review Committee (PRC) members provide a single-blind review of each industry-specific EIA Score™ developed by our research team. Reviewers ensure that our patent-pending scoring methodology is based on:
